A development programme for professional bodies and membership organisations

Your profession in the AI era

How do you help your members find their direction as AI changes their work? This programme brings together a keynote, a tailored workshop and a practical playbook to explore what is changing, where the profession creates value and what to do next.

01Keynote
02Tailored workshop
03Profession-specific playbook

Starting point

We start with the profession’s purpose and the people it serves, not with a list of AI tools.

Possible starting points

Questions you might explore

Possible questions, not client cases or conclusions. We shape them with experts for one profession within a broader industry.

  • Communications: How is content production changing, and where do communicators' judgement and audience understanding matter?
  • HR: How are roles and skills changing, and what organisational capability is needed?
  • Finance and advisory: What is changing in analysis, and where do judgement, trust and relationships matter?

Value for members and the organisation

A relevant member offering and a basis for discussion about the profession's future.

A workbook supporting application and learning beyond the event.

A connected programme

01 → 02 → 03

From shared understanding to a next step

The keynote opens the question, the workshop explores your profession, and the playbook carries the learning forward.

  1. 01

    Understand the shift: the keynote

    See what is changing.

Profession-relevant examples of changing tasks, professional identity and value creation give members and leaders shared language.

A shared starting point and relevant questions.

  2. 02

Explore your future value: the workshop

    Explore a defined profession.

Explore anonymised situations: what should you preserve, rethink or develop? Connect tasks to skills, judgement and organisational conditions.

    Priorities and a bounded experiment.

  3. 03

Put the learning to work: the playbook

    Gather insights to return to.

A profession-specific workbook with concepts, insights, working templates, reflection prompts and next steps.

Support for application and learning, not just presentation slides.

A question of professional purpose

We start with the profession's purpose, the people it serves and changing work. Capability Architecture underpins the approach; you do not need to master its terminology.

Individual skills describe what people can do. Shared organisational capability also depends on ways of working, authority, leadership and other conditions.

Optional

Optional feedback after about 30 days

A feedback conversation after about 30 days can be agreed separately. It is an optional extra, not part of the programme or a subscription.

Standalone format

The keynote can stand alone

You can book the keynote on its own. The workshop and playbook are not implied add-ons; you decide whether they are useful.

Practicalities

Scope and practical arrangements

The programme can be brought together in one day or divided across several occasions. Before starting, we agree the audience, scope, participant numbers, price and how the playbook may be used.

In Swedish or English, online or in person by agreement. Recording, sharing and member licensing are not automatically included.

Perspective

Experience to start from

Work with Sveriges Kommunikatörer, a Swedish professional association for communicators, is a starting point. Participant Katja Ligneman shared this reflection:

Deana Nannskog previously worked with skills and job architecture at Ingka Group (IKEA), and strategic development and commissioned education at Lund University. She does not represent either organisation. The Sveriges Kommunikatörer session was not the full programme.

“Jag lämnar med en stärkt känsla av att kommunikatörer bidrar med det som skapar värde i en organisation och det som faktiskt ger effekt.”
Katja Ligneman, Director of Communications, Municipality of Trelleborg. Original reflection in Swedish after a Sveriges Kommunikatörer session.
